Product Use and Liability

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products.

Snappy Peptides shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of products purchased from this website.

Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities purchased
• Verify billing and shipping information

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, in accordance with UPS operating schedules and guidelines
• UPS Ground is currently the only available shipping method
• We no longer ship via USPS
• Additional carriers (such as FedEx) may be added in the future

Shipping timelines are subject to UPS availability, delays, and holiday schedules. Snappy Peptides is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

• We do not accept returns on opened or used products
• Unopened items may be eligible for return upon approval
• A $10 restocking fee applies to approved returns

All returns must be authorized in advance. Customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a valid return number before sending any product back. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

Products damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement or refund. Damage occurring after delivery is not covered.

If a return is approved and a refund is issued, funds will be provided only in the form of ACH transfer or a paper check mailed to the customer. No refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or in any other form.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By placing an order with Snappy Peptides, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any issues related to your order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to working with our customers to resolve concerns in a timely and fair manner.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Provide evidence of this agreement to the payment processor
• Dispute the chargeback with all relevant order, shipment, and communication records
• Restrict or refuse future service

Failure to contact us prior to initiating a dispute may result in delays in resolution and may impact future purchasing ability.

Data and Communications

As of April 1, 2026, Snappy Peptides operates under updated management practices. Prior to this date, certain operational functions of the website may have been managed by third-party operators.

We are committed to complying with applicable data protection and communication laws. Snappy Peptides does not knowingly send marketing communications without appropriate consent.
